01 — About

An operator who believes mission and execution aren't opposites.

Building the infrastructure for a more equitable future in STEM — one partnership, one program, one student at a time.

By day, Jonathan is a Business Intelligence Analyst I on the Benefits & Protection Wholesale Distribution team at Principal Financial Group, where he builds dashboards, automates reporting pipelines, and turns data into decisions for a Fortune 500 financial services and insurance firm.

Outside of that, he is COO & Co-Founder of Neobotics Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing robotics and STEM education to communities that have been historically left behind — overseeing operations, partnerships, and program delivery across the organization.

He holds a BA in Statistics & Computer Science from Boston University's College of Arts & Sciences, and works in Python, SQL, R, and Power BI.
